It is the policy of the Crisp County School System to provide a free appropriate public education to all students with disabilities either residing within the county or legally enrolled in the school system.


The system shall develop procedures and policies within its Program for Exceptional Students that will enable the system to comply with applicable State and federal special education rules and regulations in matters pertaining to the identification, evaluation, and placement of exceptional students.
